Sketch is Best

I’m pleased to be a part of the new Vancouver Film School’s Sketch Comedy Troupe. The VFS writing department writes a series of sketches every 4 months, and casts a team of actors to workshop the sketches and put on a show. Usually, the cast each show individually, but starting right about now, they’ve decided to cast a group of actors to do all the shows, and I’m lucky enough to be a part of it. Read about it on the VFS Blog.
Our first show is in December, and I’ll post details with the time & the date soon!

Hosted every 3rd Sunday, FILM 1181 is hosted by local filmmaker Michael Mew and will showcase short films made in Vancouver, followed by a Q&A with the directors. If you’re a local filmmaker with a film you’d like to see as part of the series, contact Michael at info@goingwestpictures.com.
